TY DEWI – DAVID’S BARN

Originally the milking parlour, David’s Barn has recently been converted to luxurious holiday accommodation that is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, and is adjoining, but completely separate from Ffynnon Ddewi.

The large sitting room has oak floors, multifuel stove, TV / DVD. French doors open on to the private rear garden.

Children love the large covered play area under the old hay store – badminton, table tennis, volley ball. And just in case it rains, this is a great spot for a barbecue.

ACCOMMODATION

5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10 plus cot. Master double with en suite (bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin). 1 double 1 twin with slate floor and underfloor heating (with separate external door) 1 double / retreat with TV (chambre de sieste) off lounge 1 twin upstairs from lounge
	Kitchen / Dining Room - large luxury farmhouse kitchen with island unit, electric oven and hob, microwave. Dining table and chairs seating 10. Highchair. Patio doors onto gravelled front courtyard.
Sitting Room -  multifuel stove, comfy sofas and armchairs to seat 10. TV / DVD / CD / radio. French doors to rear garden and feature staircase to twin bedroom. Steps to 3 bedrooms, steps down to ‘chambre de sieste’ and shower room.

Family Shower Room with cubicle, wash-basin and toilet, slate floor with underfloor heating (off bedroom corridor). 

Second Shower Room with cubicle, wash-basin and toilet (off lounge).

Utility Room - automatic washing machine, tumble drier, fridge / freezer. 

Outside - sheltered wet play area, grass play area and gravel yard with picnic table.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May-September. £30 per week outside these dates.
