FFYNNON DDEWI – DAVID’S WELL

This traditional Pembrokeshire farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century, has recently been restored, beautifully renovated and furnished throughout to the highest residential standards.

Children (grown-ups too!) will love the snug, loft ‘den’ which acts as a second sitting room. It has a low, sloping ceiling, lots of soft scatter cushions, bean bags and a thick woollen rug to lounge on, a TV/DVD player, CD/radio, and plenty of games and books.

The main sitting room is cosy, and care has been taken to retain all its original features - in particular the inglenook fireplace (or shimle fawr in Welsh).

ACCOMMODATION

Three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 people:  1 twin room on the ground floor (with level access to bathroom). 1 double with en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, toilet washbasin) and 1 twin, both on 1st floor. Bed linen provided
Sitting Room with 2 large leather sofas, occasional chairs, TV / DVD, Inglenook fireplace, and multi-fuel stove. Door to rear garden.	The snug loft ‘den’ which acts as a second sitting room with TV.
Kitchen / Dining Area has hand made pine cupboards, electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, butler sink.
Dining area with table and chairs seating 6 overlooked by a minstrel’s gallery.  Slate floors with under-floor heating, which also extends to the bathroom and cloakroom.

Bathroom on ground floor with bath (hand held shower over), shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Cloakroom on ground floor with toilet and washbasin. Utility Room with washer drier.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May-September. £30 per week outside these dates.

Outside: A large, enclosed cottage garden with fruit trees, table and chairs and barbecue.
